Emanuel Moreland allegedly molested the girls while he was baby-sitting them last week. He was being held without bail Sunday at the Palm Beach County Jail. He was charged with two counts of kidnapping a child under 13, a felony punishable up to life in prison; molesting a child under 12; lewd or lascivious exhibition to a child under 12; and showing obscene material to a minor.

Moreland was sentenced to three years of probation eight months ago after pleading guilty as an adult to committing lewd acts on a child under 12. That molestation happened in 2002.

According to the arrest report, a mother who apparently did not know Moreland's history had him watch her five children - two boys ages 11 and 8, and three girls, ages 9, 6 and 3 - on Thursday.

Moreland told the boys to play outside, but told the girls to stay inside. He went to his apartment and returned with a DVD player and some pornographic movies, investigators said. The girls tried to leave, but they say he blocked the door.

The 9- and 6-year-old girls told investigators Moreland asked them, "Do you want to watch a nasty movie?" The girls told Moreland they did not and that their mother wouldn't permit it.

The man then turned on the movie, which featured graphic sex scenes, and sat down on the couch between them. He then fondled each and asked them if they wanted to have sex with him, but they said no. He later exposed himself.

When the girls' mother came home, they told her what happened. Moreland denied it.

He was later arrested.

There was no answer at the Palm Beach County Public Defender's Office on Sunday and it could not be determined if Moreland has an attorney.
